You are fully justified in your views based on your recent successes and experiences! You [and your service] have the ability to influence and change lives beneficially, but the 'magic' you particularly introduce is an active and creative involvement - and importantly your insistence when you believe you have found a match which would not necessarily be recognized by either or both parties before they chose to meet. Naturally you cannot be right all the time, but your proactive approach will produce more success than a passive and more clinical one

Well Kate – what can I say? We know you are the queen of hearts, and you have just proven that again. Give our fondest regards to this fortunate couple, and maybe we can even meet them some day and share our respective success stories. Reading how easily pleased you think I am, elicited rather a large chuckle from me! I am probably the most difficult customer you will ever have...! Having met at least over 200 men in the last 3 years, there was not one I wanted to see more than that initial first date. I have only made one friend who is very special to me but there has never been and never will be a romance between us. However, you seem to have hit the nail squarely on the head with the introduction of Xxxx! From a distance he has all the attributes that are important to me, especially the artistic ones. Did you know that he is an accomplished pianist? He is a shining diamond amongst the detritus! Feather in your cap for picking him!

I thought deeply about you and Xxxx this morning as I walked the long walk home from the gym. I thought about the extraordinary power you hold in changing lives and reflected again on my indebtedness to you, for introducing me to Xxxxx. As you may know, that introduction will culminate in a marriage in January next year. [I do hope to see you there].
I marvel at how intensely I have come to love Xxxxx. I had believed that no life could be possible after Zzzzz. Such was my evaluation of her and hence I persevered for years, well aware that I was pursuing a lost cause. And suddenly you and Xxxx came along to transform my world view of life.
Xxxx has surpassed my every expectation and I am humbled at the prospect of becoming her life partner.
I feel that I should thank you formally for your most professional intervention.
